So I have a group of friends who I know vandalize, steal stuff,and crap like that. I object and don't do that stuff and don't do any of that stuff with them. So then I see a myspace bulletin message kind like this:
to all major and minor members:
This is the last chance. If ANY person screws something up, our goal will be no more.
So I'm guessing some **** is gonna happen.
Then I get a message from 2 of my friends who are in that group that say, "hey! we should hang out sometime!!", and seem way too friendly.
Should I be trusting, or cautious??

Doesn't sound like you're keeping good company. You should find new friends because the ones you have now will lead you down the wrong path.

I think you should show your parents, or tell a school counselor about it and talk about it.
It could be something bad, and you could prevent it.

It's awesome that you don't go along with it. I would be cautious if I were you. Maybe your friends really do want to hang out, but maybe they want to do something and blame it on you or something like that. Another thing, you should find new friends. Also, I would talk to someone about this. If they do really really bad things then try to prevent it. Don't just let it happen because it would be the same as you doing it. Good luck! =)
